Expect a lively game-day atmosphere as Duke and Texas Tech supporters meet in one of New York's best-known sports venues. Prices currently start around $120, with availability and seat location affecting the final cost.

Venue and Seating Information

Madison Square Garden has a circular, multi-level bowl with Floor, 100 Level, 200 Level, and 300 Level seating. For basketball, the 100 Level is a strong choice for proximity and clear court views; center sideline sections are especially desirable for following play from end to end.

The 200 Level offers an elevated perspective that can make formations and developing plays easier to read. The 300 Level provides a broad overview at a more budget-conscious distance, though its steep height and greater separation from the court may be less suitable for fans seeking close-up detail.

Parking Information

On-site parking is limited around Madison Square Garden, so nearby commercial garages and public transportation are common options. Garage prices vary with event demand; reserving ahead may help avoid the uncertainty of searching on game day.

• Nearby commercial garages: Garages around Penn Station and 8th Avenue are generally within a short walk. Event parking is approximately $30–$80, with rates potentially higher during busy periods.
• Farther garages: Options toward Herald Square or Chelsea can be a 10–15-minute walk and may cost around $20–$50, depending on demand.
• Street parking: Metered spaces are scarce, restrictions are strictly enforced, and availability is unreliable for event parking.

Consider avoiding last-minute parking searches close to the arena, where garages can fill quickly and prices may rise. Traffic and rideshare delays are also common after events, so allow extra time when planning departure.
